breakfast--protein drink
snack--l/f l/carb yogurt with 1/4 of a bananna
lunch-lettuce wrap with 1.7 oz of deli turkey and .5 oz of cheese
snack--choc stallone high protein pudding 3 oz.
dinner: 3 oz chili and 2 bites of a ham and cheese sandwich (grilled)
snack:???pouch is grumpy so I might make some cream of wheat--well maybe not because when I typed that my stomach made this loud noise
