Well, I didn't do well eating all weekend. I picked at the wrong foods for two days straight. I didn't over do it but I didn't get any nutrition so I felt very yucky not to mention the guilt!!
Today is a new day!
B: carb fit yogurt with 1/2 scoop of protein powder
S: kiwi fruit
L: two slices ham, with 1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 slice of deli thin swiss cheese
S: a few choco covered peanuts - left over from the 1/4 cup last week so not terrible
I don't know what I am doing for dinner yet. I need to get better at planning the evening meal. I forget to take stuff out of the freezer and then it's usually something fast and easy, but not the best thing.
Water: could be much better
Exercise: great! I am doing a "bootcamp" session at curves tonight
vits: great as well
I see my NUT tomorrow. She won't be happy with the past few days of eating but I know that over all I am doing pretty good.

I hear you on the evening meals! Im the same way-- If I don't plan, then it's something super quick.. and normally that is something bad like Mac N Cheese! Thats why we started trying to plan at least a day ahead. Right now we are trying to use up left overs, so I have today and tomorrow planned. It works well for me! Why don't you try at least just planning your dinner in the morning... just 1 day...
I'm the same way with evening meals. I'm tired when I get home from work. If I don't plan ahead I'll grab something quick...which doesn't usually translate to WLS-friendly!
I use my crockpot A LOT. Tomorrow I'm making Sweet and Spicy Dump Chicken in it so dinner will be waiting for me when I get home.
