ok it has been a while since we have done this and because I have such great news I thought we should all post ours starting BMI 41 BMI today 25 difference 16 yep as of today I have NORMAL BMI...I am no longer overweight, obese or morbid obese..I am just plain old NORMAL!!! Mimi 278/169/167 dr goal 160

starting off I was 39.1 and now I am 20.5 That is a difference of 18.6 points. WOW what a difference :-D

Great idea Mimi! Everyone's doing so well! Consult BMI 79.2 (ouch!) Surgery 75 Now 44.3 Still "extremely obese" but not "you're going to croak any day now" obese. A difference of 34.9 from the beginning and 30.7 from March. Yay! I consider those to be extra years tacked on to my lifespan.
