Val's Chicken

Ok it is cooking and OOOOMG does it smell yummy.....will let everyone know how it came out and if my grouchy pouch likes it.... Hope everyone is having a great night... Jannine

OOOOOOOOMG it is as good as it smelled cooking...it was wonderful...I did make a couple of changes tho....first I used ritz crackers instead of breadcrumbs and second did not add all of the butter...added only pats of smart balance to the top of the crackers everyone in the family with the exception of my daughter(3yrs old)tried it and loved it....Stylz next time you see Val...give her a hug for me..YUMMY... Jannine, glad you liked it! We had it at a family function (regular cream of mushroom, regular sour cream, lots of butter in the bread crumbs) I only had a little because I started feeling sick (too much fat). kept craving it so I made my own, sooo good
