How are we doing getting back on track??

I have to thank Karen for her inspiration in me trying the Dannon Light & Fit drinkable yogurts! I don't usually like those type of things....but these have been delicious! I especially like the Peach Passion fruit flavor. It fills and satisfies, not to mention a great on-the-go food! I am getting better at journaling my food....accounting for calories and carbs. I have found the more I can stay aways from carbs, the better I am. And I am consciously choosing the "better" carbs when I do eat carbs. I joined the YMCA two weeks ago and have really found myself craving to go! I have been using the Tread-Climber which is awesome! The strength training weight machines have a computer hook-up called fit-linxx that visually guides you in the weight to use, the speed of use, the next machine to use and when to increase your weights and repetitions. I plan to star****er aerobics two nights a week. I'm gonna say goodbye to those last 55 pounds whether they want to go or not! I'm not going to let them win! And I certainly want to thank all of you Marchers that continually inspire me with your stories--struggles and joys of everyday living. You all help me more than you will ever know! Tamara

I slightly stumbled off the track on Thursday and Friday, but I am going to do better! I am with you. I WILL NOT let these last few pounds win! Kathy

glad you found them Tamara! For those that dump on sugar, be sure to check which dannon you're buying. Theres a couple different types of light and fit. I think a smoothie one and also the carb and sugar control one. I get that one because I dont eat sugar. I love the fact that its 6 grams of protein and I can drink them in the car. so much easier than trying to eat while driving are you journaling on fitday? i found it easier to do that than write it out because I can fitday at work or home. i always found myself leaving the paper journal either home or work and then forgetting to write things down. Since I'm on the computer most of the day its easy to just log in, select what I ate then log out and its done! good luck with your weight loss! I'm determined to get closer to goal within the next 2 months (or better yet, AT goal) than I am now!! we can do it Marchers!!! :jumo:
