ok I couldn't wait anymore and had to try the cheesecake. omg its yummy!! warning, its not low calorie or fat (lower than regular cheesecake, but I'm sure its still high). I didn't use real kahlua because of the sugar in it, so I used Da Vinci sf syrup. Also, this is a half recipe. I used the same amount of cookie, syrup for the crust and grinds to make the crust, but halved the cheesecake recipe. If you want a full recipe, double all cheesecake ingredients crust 18 cookies 1 T. coffee grounds (ground up fine) 2 T Davinci sf kahlua syrup cheesecake 1 1/2 pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese 6 oz mascarpone cheese 1/2 c. splenda 1 T coffee grounds (finely ground) 1 egg 2T flour 3-4 T sf kahlua syrup 1/2oz sf chocolate Preheat oven to 350. Crush cookies, add coffee grounds and syrup, stir to combine. Press into greased pan (I sprayed with PAM butter spray and only put cookie mixture on bottom of pan). In large bowl mix cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, splenda and grounds til smooth. Add syrup and flour. mix well. Add egg and fold in (don't blend) just until combined. Do not overbeat. Cover pan in foil and waterbake the cheesecake 40-45 minutes (or until set). Open oven door and turn off heat. Cool in oven for 20 minutes. Refridgerate atleast 3 hours or overnight. Once cool, melt chocolate and drizzle over cheesecake (I didn't do this because theres enough fat and calories in it already ) I also made Mango Sorbet! It was simple to make and taste so good! 1 cup water 1 cup splenda 3-4 mangos, peeled and cut into chunks boil water on the stove, add splenda. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Add mangos to a blender and start pureeing them pour the simple syrup in (water with splenda) and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer bag, put the in freezer. Every 2 hours shake or stir mixture around. It usually takes 6-8 hours to make so every 2 hours move the mixture around until you have sorbet! I added a T of davinci sf pineapple syrup and a T of lime to it. very good!!

o.k. I am finally under 200lbs just barely though. I just got through watching 24. I love that show and I swear Keifer Sutherland just gets sexier and sexier. yeah well do not try it--you will not be able to stop. I was going to add some s/f strawberry preserves to the cream chees but I figure I would not be able to stop with about 3 tlbs. and 6 crackers so I ate some cream of wheat with carb control ff milk. have a good work week

forgot to mention about the cookies.. obviously tiramisu is made with lady fingers so if you can find them the crust is normally crushed lady fingers instead of "cookies". some store bakeries make them, maybe they have some with less sugar? :shurg: I found a sugar free vanilla wafer to use instead.. this is what i used http://www.bostoncookies.com/sugarfreevanillawafers.shtml

I have had cheesecake the last 3 days!! It's only been a bite or two each time but mmmmm it's so good. I'm scared to make this one because if more than a piece is around me it's SO hard to keep from picking at it.
