WDYET??? *** Friday ***
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ almonds
About 4 soy apple/cinnamon soy crisps with coffee at work
Mid morning: Protein shake 35 gm w/ almonds
Lunch: Salad made with broccli, cheese, onion, low cal balsamic dressing.
SHEESH!!! I need some variety in my life. LOL
Mid afternoon: Had some type of nutra grain granola type bar from the vending machine with a cup of tea.
Dinner: Went out with some friends, had 1 cheese stick and about 2 tbs of a crab dip with a few tortillas from the appetizer plate and then a portion of my cobb salad I ordered, rest is in a box for today (which yesterday would be tomorrow LOL).
I cant think of the name of the one type I get, its from the Co-op here, ( an organic store) and the others I get which is probably what I had the other day was actually the rice cakes one, they are Quaker and I get those ones at the regular grocery store. They are like 50 or 60 calories for like 8 of then I think? they taste really good so are a nice treat if Im in the mood to have something sweet with my coffee, its better than a cookie or something!
