B: 1 cup Cheesy Chicken Enchilada soup (Progresso)
S: Peanut Butter Creme Power Crunch Bar (OMG, YUM! Like a Nutter Butter!)

80 ozs Crystal Light so far and all vites in. Yay!
Breakfast: Oatmeal with some almonds, skim milk
Mid morning: Protein shake 35 gm, almonds
Lunch: 4 oz tuna/cottage cheese mixture put on 5 whole grain / flax tortilla chips, 60 calorie white chocolate/ raspberry yogurt.
Mid afternoon: finished the nuts I had in my baggy, then couldn't fight off the shortbread cookies sitting above my desk that one of the assistants came over and opened earlier in the day. They'd been sitting there unopened since before Christmas, unopened I was fine, but she kept coming back all day getting another and then another and I gave in about 4 pm and had a cup of tea and one cookie. Tomorrow I ask the manager if I can move them and put them in the lunchroom for a free for all. LOL
Dinner: We went to olive garden. I ordered an appetizer as dinner. had some of their salad, then 2 chicken strips, 1 stuffed mushroom, about 4 fried beef filled raviolis ( these were good!! I've never had them before) We stopped at Starbucks for desert, I had a 1/2 of a small loaf size low fat cinnamon cake type thingy with coffee.
Eve: Protein shake 35 gm.
Pre-B: 20 oz. Crystal Light
B: 2 Frigo Cheese Head Light Cheese Stix w/ 1 Svg Wilson Turkey Pepperoni

S: 6 oz. Dannon Light 'n Fit Blackberry Yogurt w/1 Tbsp. Toasted Wheat Germ
L: 1 Cup Mixed Salad Greens w/Radish Slices, Cucumber Slices, 1 Slice Tomato, 4 Green Olive, & 3.5 oz. D&W Smoked Turkey Filet

But they are cheaper at Sam's Club. Sam's sells them in a box of 24 (8 Apple Cinn, 8 Cheddar Cheese, 8 BBQ) The BBQ ones taste just like BBQ Potato Chips, the Cheddar Cheese ones taste like a cheap knock off of Cheese Puffs, and the Apple Cinn. ones taste very weak to me. But I have a deal worked out with someone else in my support group that trades me her BBQ for my Apple Cinn. Its a match made in heaven.
They are absolutely delicious, I am so glad I discovered them. It takes care of the urge for something crunchy, and I no longer crave BBQ chicken.
