The Pure Protien bars or the other ones?
I get a box of 6 Pure Protien bars at Walmart for 5.97 or something like that. I've never seen them at our Sam's.
I eat so many of those, I should buy stock in the company!

They are the only ones I like. Definitely not as good as a chocolate bar, but better than most protien bars. Plus the amout of protien and sugar alcohols are less than most other ones.
My favorites are Chewy Chocolate chip and this new Peanut Marshmallow something or other.
They also have deluxe chocololate, chocolate peanut butter, strawberry short cake (or something like that) and a blueberry one. I will eat the last two when I am craving a pie or cake.
I did the Power Crunch ones, but now they make me nauseous.

Today is a BAAADDD eating day...I need a SEVERE reprimanding.
Bfast: sm banana and a handful of pita chips
Snack: Large SF Caramel Skinny latte w/ 2 extra shots of espresso (I KNOW )
Lunch: Salad from Ruby Tuesdays that has my pou*****NOTS. SO painful right now. I don't think I chewed the lettuce well enough.
Snack: skipping it...tummy only wants water
Dinner: depends on how I feel...maybe soup...my tummy hurts so much
Water: GREAT!!!
Exercise: nope..didn't go at lunch and NOW I don't feel like going after work.
Vitamins: 1/2 done
I PROMISE I will do better tomorrow.

I eat about that almost everyday too Darlene. And 90% of everything I cook is Weigh****chers, so I'm ok with it. I know I'm eating "clean" so I mainly keep an eye on my portions to make sure I'm still eating small. I don't worry about fat b/c I low carb and I have read repeatedly you don't need to worry about it as long as you're eating mainly lean meats.
Ugh. Pot luck Playdate with the girls today. Could've been worse--but also could've done better....

L: 1pc Pumpkin bread, 1 slice Berry/Marscapone/pizza dough thing (made with splenda,) Veggies and dip
