B-orgainic oatmeal with almonds, some soy milk Mid morn: protein shake 35 gm, 10 almonds Lunch: Salad made with broccli, cheese, onion and low cal balsamic dressing Mid afternoon: Bag of combos 240 unnecessary calories! Ran out of work to do, got bored and ate, plain and simple!! Dinner: 2 oz salmon, 1/4 quinoa Eve: will have a protein shake 35 gm. Bad on water only about 1 bottle today. Need to take eve vitamins yet.

breakfast 1 egg 1 piece of toast w/jam 1 cup coffee w/ protein lunch left over roast meat dinner left over roast with some carrotts snack 3 baby carrots w/ff ranch dip snack 1/2 mc chicken sandwich ...the small ones for a buck 20oz diet caffine free soda water downed 18 oz sf koolaid mimi
