WDYET? **Wednesday**
B-orgainic oatmeal with almonds, some soy milk
Mid morn: protein shake 35 gm, 10 almonds
Lunch: Salad made with broccli, cheese, onion and low cal balsamic dressing
Mid afternoon: Bag of combos 240 unnecessary calories! Ran out of work to do, got bored and ate, plain and simple!!
Dinner: 2 oz salmon, 1/4 quinoa
Eve: will have a protein shake 35 gm.
Bad on water only about 1 bottle today.
Need to take eve vitamins yet.
