The day didn't start out good. I bought a bar of chocolate last night *sigh*. I don't know whats worse, buying it, or the fact I hid it from EJ. I need to get a grip! EJ's older sister had gastric bypass surgery this morning with our surgeon. She got out of surgery around 11am- all is well, she is in her room now. We will go visit her tomorrow on our lunch. That will be family member #5 to have gastric bypass. We are a family of fatty's LOL! ----------------- Breakfast: Scrambled egg Quesidilla. (1 egg scrambled with diced onion & cheddar cheese, on a small whole grain tortilla). I ate about 2/3rds of it. Snack: A few peices of chocolate--- I realized what I was doing and trashed the rest, but feel horrible about it! Lunch: Approx 6oz of pork stew & 7 triscuits. Snack: A pepperjack cheese stick & an apple. Dinner: Yummy salad (Emerils Chicken & Apple sausage, lettuce, sauteed onions & bell pepper, tomato, cheese, a few peanuts & dressing).

Happy Wednesday! I'm still really tired, but feeling a lot better. Made a trip to the grocery store to stock up on protein-rich foods and low-fat/low-calorie foods. B-- Quaker Weight Control oatmeal w/ 3/4c fat free Hood Calorie Countdown L-- 1 oz. reduced fat cheese and 1/4 c seedless red grapes D--plan to eat 3-4 oz. of shrimp with 2 TBS. of homemade (sugar-free) ****tail sauce S--I plan to have 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese with Splenda and cinnamon. This will total 533 calories and 61 grams of protein. I feel like I'm not eating enough, but I'm just not hungry. Laura 381/226/175

Im always at least 1100 calories... now I feel like a PIG! hahaha Ok I quickly calculated today (minus the chocolate cause thats not a daily thing). I am right at 1000 calories for the day. I could cut back on the cheese, and go low fat-- Ive been eating full fat cheese... plus the dressing tonight for my salad is 80 calories for the serving. I need to eat better
