sweet tooth sufferers, have you tried this?

Can't stop the sweet tooth? Theres a bar out there that taste like a nestles crunch, they're good and have 10 grams of protein in 1 serving (2 servings per bar, which looks like one of the big hershey bars). I've only had a couple pieces off a bar, but it was good! I talked to the nutritionist about it and she said its a little high in fat, but to get a chocolate fix out of your system, its ok to have a serving just not everyday! heres the link if anyones interested, it comes in dark and milk chocolate: http://nashuanutrition.com/store/index.php?target=products&product_id=246 theres some sugar in the dark chocolate, but nothing compared to a regular candy bar. Plus you're getting some extra protein!

Stylz, I've never had the chocolate bars, but thank you for sharing the website! Have you used any of their other products? I'm thinking about trying the oatmeal. Only 90-110 calories per serving and 15 grams of protein. That sure beats the stats on the Quaker Oatmeal I eat almost everday! Laura

I looked at the oatmeal there, but then thought with quaker weight control oatmeal plus smart milk you're getting just about the same amount. the oatmeal on nashua nutrition is $10 as opposed to double the quantity of quaker and less than half the price (most places run 2 for $4 sales on it). guess I never thought about buying it just because quaker is so cheap I have tried their products and can say Health Smart taste better than Protidiet products! I bought the Health Smart cold drinks (15 gr protein per package) and drink them when I want a change from a regular shake.
