Starting this early as I'm leaving for a support group meeting and have a couple things to take care of at work before I leave... Drive to work - Drinkable yogurt Snack - Achiev One w/ extra 10 gr of protein Lunch - stuffed cabbage (ground beef, brown rice, tomatoes in cabbage) Drive from support group meeting - drinkable yogurt Dinner - took more shredded beef out of the freezer eating that along with the other 1/2 of avocado exercise - chilly day, but no rain! walked 30 minutes this morning. vitamins... just took them water.. on my second 20oz, will drink another before going home and then a 32 oz bottle before bedtime! hows everyone doing?

i really don't want to post this but i have to own up to it 2 cups of protein added coffee lunch cheese and crackers dinner spagehtti with 1 piece of garlic bread snack cheezits and 1 oreo cokie 1 large cup of diet caffine free watered down soda UGH I just haven't gotten back into my routine...thankfully I got my dsl on today this should help

Ok...this has not been a good eating day breakfast was 3/4 of whole whole wheat english muffin with peanutbutter and that is it for now...not really in the mood to eat...i know I should be also have been cleaning...gonna take a break now and make a turkey cold cut sandwich which will be 4 oz of turkey one slice of cheese and little mayo on one slice of whole wheat whole grain bread... for supper I am making New England pot roast.... that is it for now.... WOW, you did start this early! Im back at work now and came in to start it and saw yours!!.... Way to be on the ball! LOL ------------------------------------------------ Breakfast: 1 egg, with cheese & hotsauce & 2 Triscuits. Snack: None-- didn't feel like eating. Lunch: Pork Stew-- approx 6oz (I made 2 huge crockpots over the weekend--- this one has pork, potato, carrot, onion, apple-- slow cooked with some spices etc and SF apple juice) & 4 Triscuits Snack: 2 meat & cheese roll ups (Slice of cheese, deli ham & a little mayo) Dinner: More pork stew & a few more Triscuits. Not doing so well on water today. Im babysitting 3 month old Bree tonight, so it should be fun!

b: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with sunflower seeds s: cheese stick 5 triscuits l: small whole wheat tortilla, chicken, banana peppers, cheese YUM s: 4 m&m's and a bite size snickers - need to stay away from that damn candy d: i dunno - i think i'm going to darlenes for stew!

Come on over... there are 2 different types of stew, the other has pork, sweet potato, tomatoes,onion, corn & green beans. Its pretty good too.

we've all been taking turns posting it. I guess whenever someones ready to post thier journal, the make the post.. seems easy enough. Wasn't sure if you were MIA because you haven't posted in a few days. hope all is well and the fudge is FINALLY out of the house

Bfast: 2 eggs and 1 slice toast snack: roast beef and cheese lunch: turkey chili snack: protien bar dinner: ??? Maybe some leftover meatloaf WAter: ok, so far not perfect Exercise: done! Vitamins: ooops! Kathy

Kathy, your new picture looks great! You are so beautiful. Breakfast: Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal made w/ 3/4 c Hood Calorie Countdown fat free Lunch: about 1 oz. Dreamfields spaghetti with 1/2 c meat sauce Snack: 1/2 c sugar-free jello and 1 TBS fat free cool-whip Dinner: My family is going out for Chinese and are suppose to bring me some pepper steak. I'm really looking forward to it! I'm really beginning to feel better and hope by tomorrow to be able to start cooking for myself. Kroger had a great sale on chicken and pork this week so I had my mom pick some up for me. I'm going to put something in the crock-pot to eat for the rest of the week. Laura P.S. I lost 6 lbs last week. Woohoo!
