had a great day with foods today! Really trying to get back on track with protein because I haven't been getting enough in each day.. heres my day in a nutshell... drive to work - drinkable yogurt breakfast - weight control yogurt snack - drinkable yogurt lunch - lo mein noodles cooked in a little sesame oil (delish and full of protein), 3 oz chicken and about 10 pistachio nuts snack - a cup of fruit (grapes and pineapple combined) drive home from work - another drinkable yogurt (3 yogurts a day = 180 cals, 18gr protein and only a few grams of fat) dinner will be some shredded beef with avocado! maybe a protein shake later tonight for the extra protein exercise, double sets of stairs to the 5th floor, did this 4 times today another 32 oz bottle between now and bedtime will = 90oz of water for the day taking my vitamins now!! how did everyone do today with food, exercise, water, vitamins?

What kind of drinkable yogurt do you use? I have tried two different ones, and can't find one that tickles the tastebuds! I would love to find one suitable because it would be a great resource in my hectic schedule. Tamara

dannon makes a carb and sugar control yogurt and drinkable yogurt. I usually buy 4 of them at a time (sold in 4 packs). I like the mixed berry the best, they also have strawberry and bananna and also plain strawberry. I drink them to get the extra protein and calcium in since I'm not a big fan of milk and um... forget to take my calcium a lot of days luckily my blood work comes back fine every 3 months!
