Hi, Sorry my "broccli" salad was kind of misleading I think. I just wrote it that way to shorten it because I pretty much eat it every day and it doesnt change and I was saving myself a few steps. LOL It's not what you think of when one says broccli salad. What I have is instead of lettuce I use cut up broccli, then add onion, cheese, and then depending what I have on hand, peppers, mushrooms, tomato, etc etc. I use a low cal balsamic dressing. I just dont seem to want anything else for lunch, its just too good!! Hope you've been having a great weekend!

Hi Steph, saw you say no exercise. you know what? I just can't get back to it. I was planning on it last week, but NOPE not one day did I go to the gym. Its just such a long day with working etc. Its a poor excuse I know and I have to take and make the time or its not going to happen. But I'm letting myself be lazy and allowing myself to believe that I'll keep losing without exercise right now. Yes, as you talked about a few days back, I seem to be losing at a quicker rate right now, not standing still as much during this time of no exercise. I know its just a fluke and a change of things so I cant do this forever, but I've let it go last week. I'm going to plan to b e back with it next week. Even if I commit to twice a week that would be better than none. Maybe if I dont think that I need to get back to 4 or 5 days it wont seem so overwhelming and time consuming. So I'll try that!!!

Hi Ruth Ann. Yup, I'm in the same boat. I just can't seem to make myself get there. I'm going to see if money will help motivate me! My insurance company will reimburse me $200 if I go to the gym twice a week for twenty straight weeks. How hard should twice a week be??? So instead of thinking about six times a week I'm going to shoot for twice and if I go more often than that, great. I think you're right. It will seem less overwhelming if we only think about two days per week. We'll see how it goes. Good luck! - Stephanie
