Hope you're feeling better Darlene!!! still haven't kicked the sugar monster - but much less than before Breakfast - almost a half of an everything omlet snack - 6 m&m's Lunch - meatloaf, green beans and a little pototatoes snack - mini hersheys dinner - unknown - i really need to plan! 40 oz liquids iron, vit C and magnesium still have to get the rest in!

Had my nine month visit with my surgeon today. I confessed all and got a very gentle lecture. So am I back on track? So far, of course. Hopefully I can fight that bedtime carb munchie attack. Bfast: 2 eggs w/ salsa (same old thing, but I love it) sm. banana Snack: 1 oz. cheese, lite FF yogurt Lunch: 4 oz. Lite Tuna salad w/ 5 whole wheat crackers Sanck: 1 oz. cheese, lite FF yogurt Dinner: Who knows? I am craving a grilled hamburger patty, but it is raining outside. Thanks for stepping in Ali! Vitamins: yes Water: yes Exercise : not yet, doctor's appointment took up that time... Kathy

I had my 9 month Doc visit yesterday and also got a gentle lecture after my holiday confessions. I have a repeat appointment in 2 1/2 months which will be my one year check-up and I better show improvements!!!!!! B-Raddichio lettuce wrap with homemade Tuna Salad (tuna, garlic, onion, carb-free pickles, mustard, dollap of mayo) S-New whey protein vial (42 grams protein) L-Vegetable Beef soup with 6 lowfat wheat thins S-Ranch Dorritos (OUT of the house now! Couldn't resist ) D-3 oz lowfat cheese and 4 whole wheat ritz S-WW low sugar sherbert popsicle Water--88 oz

breakfast--protein shake snack: low fat/low carb yogurt with scoop of protein --3 oz lunch-3/4 cup of salad with deli turkey and ham and shreeded cheese (1.8 oz total meat and .5 oz of cheese) 4 crackers snack: light cheese stick with 3 crackers dinner: sick--sinus infection so I wanted french onion soup with cheese I have had a half of a small bananna no snack tonight water: 60 oz. vits all in except my night multi vit no exercise have a great weekend everyone Ali thanks for posting

I had a HORRIBLE eating day. Awful. I barely ate anything that was good for me! B: 1 packet Quaker Weight Control oatmeal w/ 3/4 c Hood Calorie Countdown fat free dairy beverage L: 1/2 c Captain Crunch cereal...yes CEREAL...the sugary kind even! 1 piece of cinnamon raisan toast and about 1/4 c WHOLE milk. Ouch! I had to go to the doctor and afterward my mom took me to her house for lunch. It was either the above or a hot dog... D: 1/2 of a small size meatball sandwich from Quiznos (my mother brought my dinner in) S: as if the above wasn't enough...I am lying here in bed craving a huge bowl of ice cream smothered with chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream...so I went to the kitchen and sliced 1/2 a small banana into a bowl, topped it with 1 TBS sugar-free chocolate syrup and put 2 TBS fat free cool-whip on top. It satisfied my desire, but did nothing to up my protein intake for the day! I hope I am feeling well enough soon to cook for myself. Right now I am experiencing so much pain I can't even stand up straight. And if I am up for more than 2 or 3 minutes I get dizzy. Hope everyone has a great weekend planned. Laura

not a bad day, was actually hungry today so I ate and ate! driving to work drinkable yogurt got to work and had another drinkable yogurt breakfast weight control oatmeal lunch pineapple went shopping after work (vicky's semi annual sale ), made a few more stops, got hungry so I had half of the left over chicken salad from yesterdays lunch (maybe 1/4 cup) and 2 deli pickles mmmmm achievone w/ an extra 15 gr protein powder wasn't very hungry for dinner, but did make spinach madeline (Lu Lu mentioned it in Barbara's thanksgiving post, I found a recipe online), its delish!! Only made a 1/2 recipe and had about a half cup with about 10 tostitos multi grain tortila chips. so good! I'll have more tomorrow but as a side dish with some shredded beef and avocado feel better Laura!

Breakfast: Oatmeal with almonds/ soy milk Mid morn: Protein shake 35 gm, 15 almonds (total morn and finished them in afternoon) Lunch: broccoli salad Dinner: Chinese Eve: Protein shake 35 gm, about 20 almonds(just kept munching away, took too many) Later had 1/2 a protein bar.
