New on this board
Hey everyone, My name is Missy. I had my surgery on March 29,2006 and it was the best day ever. I started my pre-op weight was 215 and today i am at 145 i am really starrting to wonder if it will continue to come off. I only want to lose about another 20-25 lbs and then I will be at my goal weight. I havent been working out as much as i use to, I am a full time student, mother of two, wife, and I just started to worka t Dollar General. I am on my feet all day and I drink my water like its goin out of style. I havent been to the gym lately, but I have been wanting t go back. I wanted to start doing some light weights and joggin on the tread mill, however my boss told me to ONLY walk for now, she said if i start joggin then the fat will turn to muscle and thats the thing I DO NOT WANT BULK right now, I want to contine to lose weight. Do any of yall have any advice for me? thanks I would relaly appreciate it.

Thanks to each and everyone of you that welcomed me to the board. I will keep yall posted. I am gong to make my next appointment in a few weeks for my check up i am due for my december one but right now been really busy so i will keep yall posted on what goes on. I am glad that I found this board. Once again thanks girls I appreciate it. Hope each and everyone of you to ahve a hgreat and happy weekend.
