Breakfast: 1 package regular instant oatmeal with one sliced banana
Lunch: 4 ounces deli ham, 1/3 cup sweet potato salad, 2 wedges LC cheese and 6 crackers
Dinner: 1 3 ounce hamburger patty cut up and put over 2 cups of salad
Snack: Evil, evil small slice of key lime cheesecake - it's gone now, thankfully! I threw the rest away. I don't need it and neither does hubby!
Water: 60 ounces
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: Nada

Breakfast: oatmeal with few almonds and tbs protein powder, soy milk.
Mid morning: protein shake 35 gm, 15 almonds
Lunch: Broccli salad (the usual) w/ low cal balsamic dressing, about 2 tbs roasted red pepper hummus on some pretzel chips.
Mid afternoon: Protein bar
Dinner: 3 med to large size meatballs, shrimp wonton soup. Later when hubbys chili was done he was making had about 1/4 cup of that.
Had my evening protein shake also 35 gm.

Snack: 1 oz. cheese and 2 oz. deli roast beef
Lunch: 4 oz. Turkey chili and some natural applesauce
Snack: Lite FF yogurt
Dinner: Salad greens w. feta and Sliced steak
THEN it got BAD
Later on...

a small (almost tiny) peach
which made me want Another peach....
a banana
I could NOT stop grazing!!!
I think I'm going to have to go straight to bed after my last meal.

You are so funny and such an inspiration to me. I have started everyday this week on a positive note. Somewhere it goes awry. I'm weaning myself off the carbs and doing a little better each day. The little evil Dove chocolates caused me to dump since I ate 7 of them at one time two days ago---so haven't wanted those little suckers anymore! I was beginning to wonder if I dumped with anything anymore....but I'm finding too much of anything makes me feel icky. Therefore, my ingenuitive little mind has found out I can eat a "little" of anything and feel O.K.!
Hang in there and keep at it! At least you are aware of what you are eating and are trying to get it under control. We'll get back on track gradually.....

A day late but posting anyway!
B- 1 cup Whole Wheat Lasagna ( around 11:30am)
L- 1 chicken breast baked in ff 0 carb hot wing sauce / 3 bites of spinach and baby grens salad w/ ff italian dressing (5:30pm)
D- 2 pkg of instant oatmeal (9:30pm)
