Darlene where are ya sweetie?? I'll start Breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with sunflower seeds snack - small cheese stick and 100 calorie pack of cookies lunch - small beef soup -about 1/2 cup snack - 1/2 south beach bar 6 m&m's not sure about dinner - been a little nausea today - must be sugar withdrawl?? LOL

Breakfast: 1 c Quaker Weight Control banana bread oatmeal made with 3/4 c fat free Hood Calorie Countdown dairy beverage Lunch: My mom and sis went to Applebee's so they brought me something. I ate 1/2 of a Weigh****cher's Baja Chicken wrap from Applebee's. I also ate about 1/4 c of the salad that came with it and 1 TBS of the fat free Italian dressing. Really yummy! I wish I knew how much protein was in it though. Snack: 1 sugar free fudgsicle Dinner: My mom is bringing me dinner...taco stuff. Not the best option (she doesn't use lean meat or reduced fat cheese or low-carb shells) but I can't cook for myself and beggar's can't be choosey! Laura

thanks for starting the post Ali, its only January 4th hopefully everyone hasn't thrown in the towel already!! 21 days to break or make a habit means 21 days to get back on track ie. journaling, exercise, drinking liquids, breaking sugar habits, eating right... we can do it everyone!! my day was very simple.. drive to work, drinkable yogurt snack drinkable yogurt lunch 1/2 cup chicken salad drive home from work drinkable yogurt havent had dinner yet because i took a nap, but just warmed up stuffed cabbage! took my vitamins, drank plenty of water, feelin great how is the weight control banana oatmeal? I LOVE the cinnamon one, but haven't tried any others yet..

B: sml piece zucchini bread S: protein coffee & string cheese L: Chinese Chicken Salad 2c. S: 1/2 c. gd turkey sloppy joe (no bread) D: vits: yep! water: 80oz so far exer: heading to the gym right now

breakfast:protein drink snack:low fat/low carb yogurt with scoop of protein powder lunch: turkey and cheese on a mini bagel--toasted actually it was more burnt but reall chrunchy so puch let me eat it snack: super hot pepper cheese with an oz of apple dinner:nothing not hungry --I am catching a cold or it is a sinus infection snack: I might have some oatmeal made with skim milk--I use the weight control oat meal so that has protein exercise:went walking in the mall why when i was at starbucks did I see that they now have a sf dulce cinnamon latte????????? why am I being tempted?????? It has 28 g of sugar alcohol (surcolse) yikes. I am off to the drug store to get my antibiotics and then off to bed have a good evening Ali thanks for posting mj

Sorry, Im home sick with a cold... I don't post from home much cause our internet sucks... I normally post at work. And as for what I ate today--- you don't wanna know! Purging is complete however!

No beating yourself up!! STop and remember how far you have come! I am not one to just jump back and behave, sometimes it take some of a little longer to get back. One day at a time Miss Darlene!! Purging completed is going to be a huge help for you!! You will do this, I know you will!!!
