Hi Guys, Haven't done this in a few days so figured I would post.... we had support group last night and went out for dinner after. I had an amazing salad, YUMMY! Left overs for lunch and dinner today. I also got the BEST Birthday card when I checked the mail last night from Trish aka Mama-of-3 --- she is so cute!!! Us Marchers are just awesome Well here is my day: -------------------------------------------- Breakfast: 1/2C Cinnamon Life Cereal w/ 1% Milk Snack: 1 Fuji Apple & 1 Pepper Jack Cheese Stick Lunch: Left Over Salad..mmmm (Approx 2oz Salmon, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato, Carrots, a few Croutons & Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing) Snack: Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt Dinner: Same as Lunch, the rest of my salmon salad. 48oz water so far, plenty of time to get some more in...

Darlene, I'm just glad the card made you smile. Today has been a bad eating day for me. Oscar is very unhappy today and is refusing food. I haven't gotten sick but I cant eat anything without feeling like i'm gonna vomit. =( So.....maybe i'll try some soup later. I have never had a bad eatting day. Usually I can eat anything anytime anywhere but today, he is living up to his name. OSCAR THE GROUCH!

Breakfast: 1 packet of organic oatmeal Mid morn: Protein drink 30 grms, 10 almonds Lunch: 4oz chili, 2 tbs hummus on 2 pantinni?(pieces) Dinner: 4 oz of ground beef/onions/quinoa Eve: Will have a protein shake tonight / probably with some nuts. Did 2 bottles of water today.

breakfast: protein drink snack--missed lunch: leamon/pepper tuna with crackers 2.5 oz. snack: protein drink dinner: salad with carrots and 2 oz cheese with light ranch dressing snack: broccoli cheese soup 3 oz. water--not doing good maybe 32 or 46 oz so far no exercise today--I am slacking on the exercise this week. I have only been one day.

B-hard boiled egg, 2 slice crisp bacon L-achieve one protein coffee dring D-1/2 baked potato w/cheese & brocoli S-1/2 achieve one protein drink, some salad vits-in water: bad exercise: bad all week I'll be sorry when I'm stalled out again
