I have allowed myself to become extremely constipated. I took off work yesterday and today. I went to my GYN yesterday and she compared my hemorroids to that of a person who just delivered a baby. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! I must. I must. I must increase my fiber!

My sister in law who had RNY had bad hemorroids from constipation.... she said it sucks big time! Ive only had a bad case of constipation maybe 2-3 times since surgery so Im pretty lucky... I have nice easy poops hehe....
Get some benifiber or something to suppliment!
Hi Nadine. This has happened to me. Ouchies! Now I take a Colace (stool softener) with my vitamins every day. No more constipation! I usually just buy the generic Wal-Mart brand and it works quite well!
