Good morning! Are you up and ready for a new day of exercise? I'm up, I'm ready and I'm going. (Note there is tone in the I'm going part LOL) It's almost 9am, I'm usually gone and half ways through my workout by now. It is much colder this morning and I want to stay warm, but... I'll have to settle for getting warm by exercising! We might get a little snow today, I hope not, but I think it's coming whether I want it or not. Oh well, guess Winter is coming. Hope everyone has a good day. Hope everyone feels motivated. Hope everyone gets out there and moves today!! There is hope! Without hope we have nothing. So get your hope hats on and let's do it!!!!!! Goal for today, try to push ourselves a little harder. Add a few minutes to your treadmill, do another set, swim another lap. Come on... take the challenge, have hope! You can do it!! See you later

Ive been up since 5am, its 6am now, Im just about to go out the door to work! I don't know if i'll have time to fit exercise in today! I have a TON of cleaning--- we have people moving in on saturday, so i'll push myself a little harder, so another load of laundry? hehehe D

Hi Ruth Ann, I went to the gym this morning. I actually changed up my workout a bit. I don't feel like I've been getting that good of a workout. I had been doing the treadmill & exercise bike. Started on the stair climber, eliptical machine, and some weight training today. I felt it more and hope it will give me that push I need to start moving those numbers on the scale again. I know what you mean about the cold. I go to water aerobics on Monday and Wednesday and last night it was c-o-l-d coming out after getting so wet! I love the water aerobics, but hate leaving my nice warm house to go and then leaving the gym going out into the cold - still feeling water logged! Tonight is "chicometrics" night and walking the pugs. Thanks for keeping us "moving"! Barbara

Hey there Ruth Ann. Well, I overslept today. I don't remember turning off the alarm but I did cuz my hubby woke me at 6:11, I usually get up at 5:00. I wasn't late for work or anything but I didn't get my morning routine done. So I am vowing to do it tonight. The kids will be at drama practice and I have nothing to do but spend time on me. Yep, I have hope and I am motivated. The cold is a bummer. I don't like cold at all. Even at my heaviest I got cold really easy. Now I think it's worse. But I wrap up and keep moving. It was nice to go for a walk yesterday and not be dripping with sweat afterwards. So there is always a plus to any kind of weather I suppose. Have a great day! Hugs, Robin

going to the gym to walk tonight--probaly a few miles. I will do the stair stepper for about 30 minutes. I will end up doing some weights. Thanks for keeping us motivated. MJ

I'm still here and still working out hard 4-5 times a week. I've lost 22 lbs since I joined the gym right after Labor day, and am still enjoying going. I dont have a personal trainer anymore, because I couldn't afford him.. but I'm still sweating it out. Good for you for keeping up with it!
