calories a day??

I guess my doctor's office is different than everyone elses. I met with my dietitian on Friday and she gave me a six month sheet and I'm to stay at 600 calories a day, 60-80 grams of protein per day. That being said, I know my doctor is very strict on food until you reach goal, so this will be the diet I stay on until goal. Per meal I'm supposed to have: 3 ounces of lean protein, 1/2 cup low carb veggies, then if I'm still hungry 2 tbsp of moderate carb veggies. Three meals a day, no snacking. Now, I probably go over that. Only because I do have a snack, once a day. After dinner, I usually have a bowl of watermelon. Probably not the best choice, but it keeps me from eating other unhealthy snacks, and my weight loss has been pretty much comparable to everyone else. Hope this helps! Kim 359/229/150 -130 lbs
