What did everyone Eat today????
I did not see this out here for today so I figured I would ask....I had a really bad eating day today....Dot is here visiting so all I want is comfort food...but I don't know what that is anymore....lol.....I need some suggestions for different things I can eat....I had the following
breakfast- 1 protein drink Muscle Max pineapple/bananna with orange tangerine juice
about 30grams of protein
lunch- 1 serving of Soy Chips...they have 7grams of protein
supper- homade chili about 1/2 cup with ground beef and white beans, black beans, and olives with chunks of tomatoe ...
so I feel that I got plenty of protein so far....will be having pudding for snack tonight with scoop of protein powder in it

Not a great weekend for me....
Breakfast: 1/2 C Low Fat Cottage Cheese & Diced Fresh Pineapple
Snack: 1 Whole Grain Wasa Cracker with about 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
Lunch: 1 Homemade Hard Taco (Small Hard Taco Shell, Shredded beef, Cheese, Salsa, Sopur cream & Lettuce).
Snack: 1 Pepper Jack Cheese Stick & 1 Medium Banana
Dinner: Don't know, but I have left over Mac N Cheese w/ All Beef Reduced Fat Hotdogs cut up in it sitting in the fridge... Ive been craving this lately... weird... So probably that.
Breakfast: 2 water crackers, one with a tbs of spinach dip, the other with 1 wedge of LF LC cheese.
Mid morn: Protein shake 20 gm, 1oz nuts, 1/3 of a protein bar 7g
Lunch: 4 oz chili, 1/4 cup mixed broccli, cauliflower, tomato with balsamic dressing
Afternoon: 1/3 protein bar, about 4 nuts
Dinner: 3" square of eggplant lasagne
Eve: will have a protein shake.
Breakfast: Protien drink 25g potien
lunch : 3/4 of a chicken breast grilled 24g protien
snack: protien drink 25g protien
Dinner: Not sure yet, really not very hungry and I've already got a good amount of protien in today might skip it, but I only have about 450 cal for the day so I might try to eat something just so that # isn't quit so small!
