Wednesday will be my 6 month mark and I made it to overwieght before the day hit which just makes me wanna

and

up and down for joy but I'm at work and I think the girl's here at work would think I was a little

so I'll wait until I get home tonight! I weighed in this morning at 164 some how I lost 3lbs this weekend! Yeah me! okay I've calmed down now I just had to share! only 23lbs to goal!!!!!!!

Congratulations on being overweight!! I remember how excited I was when I was "obese" and no longer extremely obese. Keep up the good work, you should be proud, and when you get home scream your lil overweight heart out!!
