We are having a bake off at work for United Way and I'm wondering if anyone has a favorite recipe they could share? It can be full of sugar or sugar free, since I won't be eating any of it Thanks everyone

here is one of my favs bread with out kneading 5 lbs flour (have tryed up to half with wheat and it was GOOD) 2 c sugar (white or brown) 2T salt (yes tablespoons) 2 packs of yeast 7 c water 1 1/2 cups lard/butter or shortening mix flour, sugar, salt and lard with hands till cornbread consitancy (no big lumps) dissolve 2 packs of yeast in 2 cups warm water add to flour mix, add 5 cups cool water mix thouroughly with hands. cover and leave in turkey roaster or huge stock pot over night in sink next morning spoon dou8gh into 7 greased bread pans, pat into loaf with floured hnads, let rise aprox 3 hours till tall in the pans, bake 45 mins at 350 degree - makes wonderful cinimin rolls, dinner rolls fritters etc for fritters just spoon small balls of it into hot greese fry till light brown and flip over - when done toss onto papertowel lined plates and sprinkle with cin/sugar or powerdered surgar or top with frosting or ****o and sugar mix

Sorry, Im a cooker not a baker..... I suck when it comes to baking. The only thing I can bake is a kick butt banana nut bread, BUT thats actually a secret recipe... LOL yes I have a secret recipe. Other than that I just bake cakes so I can decorate them...
