9/19 What did you eat today???
Gotta make this quick.....
B: usual protein shake
L: cafeteria chicken burrito without the tortilla.....WAY too much food. ate less than 1/4 of it
S: 1/2C cottage cheese
D: turkey with veggies
W: doing OK could be drinking more
V: all in

D: 4 oz broiled tilapia
Snack will probably be an asian pear or some cantaloupe.
Tomorrow is my 6 mo anniversary. I will finally be able to eat BEEF!!! I went grocery shopping tonight and got two filet mignons for my hubby to cook. (Was going to get one, but was afraid that wouldn't be enough for the two of us.) Feels great to be -121 lbs!!

Breakfast: AchievOne protein drink with added whey protein 30ish grams about 170 cals.
Lunch: 2 oz cottage cheese / tuna mixture, 3 oz wendys chili
Afternoon: AchievOne protein drink 20 gm.
Dinner: Some zucchini fries ( a few more than I should have, but not too bad ), 1 meatball and 4 tortellini's, 1/2 piece of garlic bread, few bites of salad.
Eve: May have a protein shake before evening is over. Not sure yet.
Water good today, all vitamins in.
Exercise complete.

l: 1.35 oz of blackend talipa 1/3 cup green beans
s: string cheese
dinner:1.5 oz cheese burger with slice of tomatoe
snack: 2 oz diced peaches with teaspoon of cool whip s/f
vit: all in
water: 3 16.9 oz bottles. I will get more in tonight before I go to sleep.
I had about 2 cups of decaf coffee also
