Hope everyone is having a great day..... B: protein drink L: 1/2C cottage cheese with 1/2C SF jello S: 1oz beef jerky 2nd S: 2oz tuna D: smoked sausage and salad V: all in W: working on 3rd bottle now E: 2 mile walk at lunchtime So how 'bout you???? What did you eat today??? Laura A.

Ok I'll bite Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with ham, mushroom, bell pepper, onion & cheese Snack: A Chicken of the Sea Honey BBQ Salmon cup (0.88c @ Walmart, new product & Yummy)-- 2.8oz of salmon & about 10 wheat thins. Lunch: 1/2C Green Corn Chicken Enchiladas-- home made by me, I did lots of chicken filling and less tortillas. Snack: Yoplait Light Yogurt. Dinner: Unknown..... I might be bad and eat Mac n Cheese & hotdogs--- we have some all beef low fat hotdogs at home. We have made the commitment for 2 weeks to not eat out, no buying fast food (healthy or otherwise), and no going out.... its hard, we shall see how it goes.

Hi Darlene.... I just said something the other day about you always having yummy things to eat. That BBQ salmon cup sounds really good. I'm going to have to look for those next time I'm at Walmart. And what are "green corn" enchiladas????? Laura A.

B-1/2 cup cottage cheese with mandarin oranges S-achieve one vanilla nut coffee drink L-1 wedge laughing cow cheese, 1/4 grilled chicken breast. I was so satisfied from my coffee protein drink I didn't get much in for lunch. D-goolosh(spelling?) this is a dish my mom makes with ground beef, canned spaghetti, and onion. It's very yummy. Something my Grandma used to make. A few tablespoons mashed potatoes, carrots S-string cheese vits-in water-3 16.9 bottles exercise-none, boo to me! Shari

Breakfast: 1 package instant oatmeal with one banana, sliced Lunch: 4 ounces virginia ham, 2 wedges LC Light French Onion cheese and six crackers Snack: 1 Advant Edge low carb protein bar (Chocolate Creme Pie) Dinner: 4 ounce hamburger patty and one small container of light applesauce Water: 80 ounces Vitamins: all in Exercise: worked out with my trainer for an hour using free weights - my legs feel like jello! - Stephanie

Let's try this again! OH acting funny, post disappeared. Must be getting close to Halloweenie!!! Breakfast: Whey protein shake 25 gms. Mid morn aft gym: Whey protein shake 25 gms and some nuts. Probablly too many I finished what was in the can. Lunch: 2 lettuce wraps (romaine lettuce leafs filled with mixture of tuna/cottage cheese, approx 4 oz) Mid afternoon: AchievOne protein coffee drink. 20 gms Dinner: Ate at the hospital cafeteria before support meeting. Had a small salad with turkey breast on it. YUMMY, I love salads. On way home DH wanted something more, he had just had a piece of chicken at the hospital so we went by Wendy's. I got a jr. burger ate half of i****ched about half of the football game and couldnt keep my eyes open so off to bed. Steelers lost! Life will go on! LOL Did good on water today, all vitamins in.
