9/15 What did you eat today????
I hope Darlene will come out to play......she always has yummy things to eat.
Breakfast: protein shake
Mid-morning: 1oz beef jerky
Lunch: 2oz ground turkey with salsa and sour cream
Mid-afternoon: cheese stick and 5 bagel chips
Dinner: I'm going to my grandson's football game tonight and am taking a Wendy's chili and 2 bottles of water with me
Water: good, 3 bottles down
Vitamins: all good
Exercise: 2 1/2 mile walk at lunchtime today

Breakfast: AchievOne coffee drink and 2 cinnamon soy crisps I guess you call them. LOL Those styrofoam things. lol
After they gym: A regular protein shake, whey protein
Lunch: 4 oz Wendy's Chili
Mid afternoon: AchievOne coffee drink with a few whole wheat tostido chips
Dinner: Waiting on friends now to go to dinner. We plan on doing Indian food. I'll probably have some lamb curry. They got delayed and its been hours since I ate, so had a few bites of some raspberry yogurt about a half hour ago.
Got decent amount of water in for the day and all vitamins in!
