downside of weightloss

Let me introduce myself I am an OH stalker. I don't post much but I check the site at least 3 times a day. I had to share this with you all. because whether you all realize it or not, you ALL have been my support system. I've followed all of your progress as if we were at support meetings. I am amazed daily at all of your transformations! I thank each and every one of you! So let me share ...... It's been getting a little chilly here in New England and I decided that it was time to go out and buy myself some pants. You see I've been wearing skorts and capri's all summer. I wear scrubs at work so I actually did not own a single pair of pants that fit. Off I went to the local department store and low and behold it wasn't just a quick trip in to the plus size department where you have a very limited selection. I'll be damnmed if I didn't discover that there are now 4 different departments where clothes fit me!! I never knew how big the store was. Well it took me no less than an hour and a half to find just the right jeans and guess what? They are my first pair of Levi's since junior high! They are a size 12. Can you believe it? I was wearing a 22 just 6 months ago. I called my 2 teenage daughters from the dressing room. This is more than I ever expected! Thanks again to ALL of you Toni

BEWARE now, its so much fun being able to buy clothes ANYWHERE!! Im so use to shopping only at Lane Bryant and Avenue that now I go crazy cuz Ican buy anything!!!! Im making up for all the years I could not buy clothes that I wish I could. Good Luck, that size 12 is incredible, keep up the good work, it gets better and better!!

CONGRATULATIONS!! That is amazing. I was a 20 and am now a size 14 (sometimes a 12) so you got me beat!! You should be so proud of yourself Toni. Keep up the great work and glad to see you are a stalker. What is important is that we are all here for each other and our needs are all different. Way to go Toni! My two little girls were with me in the dressing room the first time I realized I could fit in a size 18. I was a 30/32 at surgery. I think I probably embarrassed my kids, but oh well! Keep sharing your stories with us. We can all relate and I know it motivates me to share and to hear. Hugs, Shari -103
