roller coaster ride

man yesterday i was so freakin in the dumps because of the skin, the stress, not being able to eat certain foods...you know life in genereal....my girl friend calls talks about 45 mins and i feel better so I go on a mad cleaning spree...which was good my house needed it...anyway hubby was home and i asked him if he wanted to hit the thrift store so we can pick up something for my brother....just got awarded temporary custody of my older mentally handicapped brother....anyway so we look and found several things for him....i even found a formal for this ball we have coming up....sorry you'll have to ait a month to see the pictures....anyway we get home and I was washing everything and started putting it away and i thought hmmmmm let me just see if i can get into these....mind you i was wearing a mans 40 before surgery...poured into a 40...anyway i tried on the 34's and i got into them....lets be brave and try on the 32's.... HOLLY ****!!!!! My BIG BUTT got into a 32x32!!!! I was litterally and screaming my husband was laughing...kids were looking at me like I'd lost my mind! Who cares if i have extra skin....I can wear a 32....the same as my husband...granted he can wear straight leg wear I had to wear the baggy...but I can wear a 32!!! did i say that already???? can't tell I am excited huh?? LOL that is amazing. I can just see you screaming and jumping up and down. I swear yesterday was really a werid day for all of us. We all seem to have gone through the same thing. This having surgery in the same month thing really does connect us all. It is interesting to see that we are experiencing all the same issues and the wonderful WOW moments. And that only we would understand and appreciate them all!! I did a similar thing yesterday. We had stopped in a store that had Steeler gear in it. I tried on a jacket, they looked like mens, or were unisex, not sure. But I picked up a Large, it looked like a decent size, so tried it on and it FIT!! My DH and I were like wow, and Im like omg it fits. Its a mans, but its a Large. I dont care if its a mans, womans a kids or whatever I said, but its a L and it fits! I was very excited. LOL So I can just see your excitement!! I cant imagine a 32, but it sounds like a HOLY SMOKES to me!!! WooHoo and wtg to you!!! Enjoy!

Congratulations Mimi....guess your getting into a 32 doesn't mean you have a BIG BUTT anymore! That is a nice surprise for you! How cool Mimi! I know I can't get into my hubbys jeans. But one day I will. I do weigh less than him so that was awsome for me. You are so funny. It has been a bit of a roller coaster ride week. Crazy times. One day I feel great, the next I am near tears all day. Perhaps my cycle, at least this week. I don't have an excuse for the other three weeks a month. I think that our bodies are chemically off balance a bit and so that may be a reason for the swings. At least they aren't too bad. You go girl!!! Hugs, Robin
