9/13 What did you eat today????
Sorry this is so late today...My youngest daughter had an MRI on her brain today. I am just now getting to sit down at the computer. Not to worry about Olivia though. This was just routine as we haven't had pictures of her brain since she was 2.....13 years ago. The neurologist wants to see if there's any change.
Breakfast: my usual protein drink
Lunch: 3oz tuna with apple
Dinner: 2oz ground turkey with salsa and sour cream
Water: did REALLY great today....90oz....not much to do in the hospital waiting room but sip, sip, sip!!!
Vitamins: all taken today
Exercise: today was my cross-training day, so I just walked my usual 2 mile route

Thanks for elaborating on your daughter. When I saw MRI of the brain it scared me.
B-strawberry fruit and grain bar
S-one wedge of lc cheese
L-1/2 dinner salad with about 2 oz. chicken
S-1/2 small back of BBQ soy crisps. I'm addicted to these things!
D-3 oz. ham, 1/2 ear corn, slice of tomato
S-rest of my salad from lunch
vits-good
exercise-none, boo to me, except that after my youngest is off to school at 8a.m. I'm off to the gym. It's been weeks since I've been there.

Breakfast: 1 package regular instant oatmeal with one sliced banana
Lunch: Wrap with ham, cheddar, lettuce, tomoato, cucumbers and dijon mustard
Snack: 2 ounces roasted almonds
Dinner: South Beach Diet frozen pepperoni pizza and 2 pices of banana bread (see post above)
Vitamins: all in
Water: 70 ounces
Exercise: 50 minutes of weight training

Yesterday was a bad food day for me. Probably in the overall spectrum of things it wasnt but it felt bad. I cant even remember what all I picked at. Good thing I went to the gym! But I know I ended up with 3 shakes yesterday, had 2 meals and munched on Sun chips all day. And all I could think of was food. But today is a new day.
Oh I had bought the sun chips while at the store yesterday thinking I could control how many of them i ate. I hadnt bought them for about 3 weeks now. I was getting the 100 calorie packs Well they didnt have them so I bought a big bag. UGH! I no where finished them there was over half left, but I ate way too many yesterday. I gave them to DH to take to work today. So they are gone!!
