Are you going to move to lose today? :)
Hi Ruth Ann. I am going to go for a walk today on my lunch break. It is supposed to rain but maybe if I leave in the next few minutes I'll miss it. I rode my exercise bike yesterday and did my conditioning exercises on Sunday.
Thanks for the post. It's hard to stay committed to exercise. My surgeon said yesterday that I will probably only lose another 30 lbs in the next 6 months and that if I wanted to lose more I would have to vamp up the exercise. So I am doing just that. I want to lose 50 lbs in the next 6 months. Besides the exercise is a natural mood enhancer, so I am told.
Have a great day!
Hugs, Robin

Good for you! That's kind of where I am at now. I can see the weight is coming off slower and slower and just by experience from what I've read on all the boards, it is going to be harder to lose now. And... well, I am not ready to stop losing. I want to lose at least another 50, preferablly more, but if I lose 50 I'll be happy.
Have a nice dry walk.

I was a good girl today.
I went to the gym at 5:30 a.m. and worked out with free weights for an hour. I worked all my muscle groups as prescribed by my trainer. Goodness some of those exercises are hard!!!! Tomorrow will be my cardio day. Oddly enough, I enjoy the weight training more than the cardio. The time just flies when I'm changing machines and weights.
I'm proud of myself for not giving up when it gets tough! Now let's hope I begin to see results soon.

I had an amazing day today.
Went to the gym and did my usual 45 min on elliptical. Burned 500cals. yay me.
Then worked on my arms on some machines.
Still felt great. There was a step class starting, I thought, there's no way my back (or me) can take MORE exercise, I'll be crippled, I'll die.
BUT I DID IT. I wasn't even sure I would be able to keep up, but I did the whole class!!!! And afterwards, I felt amazing....still do
Have a great night everyone.
