9/12 What did you eat today??????
We're still trying to lure Darlene back out with us.......Miss you terribly, Darlene!!!
Breakfast: usual protein shake
Lunch: 3/4C cottage cheese
Snack: 2oz tuna with apple
Dinner: Salmon and small green salad
Vitamins: good so far.....have my 2nd dose after dinner
Exercise: good on that today too....1 hour at the gym this morning
Water: I'm at 50 0z so far and still have several hours to go
Tonight is my weekly weigh-in.......

Breakfast: 3 tsp of lf cottage cheese, then had an AchievOne coffee drink with added whey protein 30 gm total.
Lunch: tunafish with 1 tsp mayo and some onion atop a 1/2 med tomato
Somewhere between lunch and snack had another AchievOne drink 20 gm.
Mid aft: 2 saltine crackers, one with tsp peanut butter and one with 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese.
Dinner: We ended going out to dinner, had some Chinese. Did not do bad, ate about a half cup or so, but we know how much sugar and salt is in that stuff. But I enjoyed it.
Did about 4 bottles of water today so good on that! All vitamins in!

lunch: 1.6 oz hamburger on lettuce and tomatoes
dinner: protein drink
not hungry today my belly hurts (constipated--o.k. that is tmi I know)
water-about 48 oz. I will do more later
took one of my mutil vits and one cal. I do not know if I will take the other ones because they are so darn big. I need to pick up some chewables again
did not exercise today I should have. I will go in the morning

B-apples & cinnamon outmeal
L-1/2 chicken soft taco, mostly just the filling
D-1/2 of a frozen sweet n sour chicken dinner, 1/2 of a large tomato
S-1/2 cup cottage cheese with diced peaches
water--bad, only 2 bottles
vits-in
exercies-none, boo to me again! I'm in a funk with this and need to get out quick

I miss you too Darlene!! I do understand the place that you're in right now though. Just know that you're thought so highly of and we'll be here for you when the fog lifts.
Protein drink - 30g
B: scrambled egg with a slice of pepper jack on top
L: 1/2 BK salad with 1/3 cup of chili on top. I gave the rest to my daughter for lunch. It's pretty good, I can feed us both reasonably healthily for $2 and change!
D: 6 shrimp with a garlic white bechemel sauce (with wine and a little cheese added). It was a treat for my husband who had to work late.
Protein drink - 30g
Snack: 2 slices of Havarti with dill (ooooooooh, so good!!)
72oz water and all meds/vites in!
