cookbook for wls if anyone is interested...

I have a HUGE WLS cookbook I think its over 600 pages (I printed the book for my nutritionist, but I keep it on my computer and just press "ctrl"+"f" to find a certain recipe since the file is so big). If anyone is interested in it, send me an email. Its attached as a zip file because its so big, so you'll need either win xp or win zip software to open the file ps- the file is at work so I'll send it out on Tuesday.

I would love to have it, but i'm not sure i'll be able to open it.

hi mama, if you have ms word it should open. I found out windows xp has a self extracting zip software so if you have ex and word you should be fine.

hi Jannine, I know nothing about macs so I dont know if it will work. If you don't have word, I can't imagine it would open, but I can send it anyway..
