Hi - I am also one of Dr. de la Torre's patients, and I bet Nancy tells you you are doing just fine, right? I didn't believe her, either, while I was losing so slowly, or so I thought. I have lost 70 lbs. now and am close to goal. But I read your profile, and how you have so much more energy and feel so good. How wonderful is that? I feel the same way now, but I felt discouraged as I read everyone's progress here - 100 lbs, 90 lbs., etc. Then I had to step back and realize how different we all are and how everyone's progress and story is different. You are doing great. Maybe we can meet at support group sometime and swap stories?! Hugs, Barb
