Recipe: Meatloaf

So, my house loves it... its back from my Low carb days.. when oatmeal or other breading wasn't allowed. 2lbs Lean Ground beef (or turkey.. but I hate that stuff!) 1 jar of Salsa (doesnt matter the spice.. whatever you like) 2 bags shredded Cheese 1 egg French Fried onions (optional) combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, making sure that everything is mixed WELL. Put into a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes on 400. I put ketchup on mine after its done.. just because I'm used to that. When it comes out of the oven, it should be almost Golden brown on top. It's really good, and will fill me up fast!
