### 08/24 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Afternoon
We had a beautiful stormy morning here, lot's of rain, thunder & lightening. The kind of day I want to call in sick, and curl up on the couch to watch a good movie... ah well, Im out of sick time hahaha.
Im having a bit of a blah day, not much feeling like eating--- I forced myself to have lunch.

Breakfast: 1 egg Scrambled with Diced Onion, Mushroom & a little Habanero Cheese.
Snack: 1oz Pepper jack Cheese Stick & 4-5 small Apple Slices
Lunch: 3oz Homemade Chili & 1 Wasa Multigrain Cracker.
Snack: A SF Jello Cup
Dinner: Unknown, we have an appointment after work... won't get home till 8pm or so, will probably gran some cottage cheese and pineapple.
Water: About 30oz so far, have 2 more bottles to work on.
My day was good, today was weigh in day at WW. There scale is always a couple of pounds more than mine at home, but it keeps me honest...
B: Forgot my protein shake so had half a ham & cheese croissant(sp?)
S: Other halve of the Ham & cheese croissant(sp?)
L: Campbells velvety potatoe soup about 3/4 of the sip n go
S: Chocolate truffles
D: Lassagna probably only about 1/4 cup it usually fills me up pretty fast.
Snack not great, but had 4 lay offs at work and my nerves were so frazzled that I turned to my old friend chocolate. I wish I smoked then maybe I would have another outlet for my stress... Oh well, don't want to trade one bad habbit for another, just want to kick the chocolate habit... will work on it.
Breakfast: 1 package regular instant oatmeal and 1 banana
Lunch: 1 ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber wrap with dijon mustard
Dinner: 4 ounces of chicken, 1/3 cup fresh steamed carrots and 1/4 cup smashed red potatoes
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
Vitamins: All in
Water: 56 ounces so far
Totals:
Calories - 926
Fat - 20 grams (20%)
Carbs - 122 grams (49%)
Protein - 66 grams (31%)

S: 1/2 protein shake (I bought a big thing of Choclate Matrix and I'm not crazy about it. Its ok but nothing near as good as Nectar Cappicuino. I'm going back to 100% Gp;d Choc after this.) and cheese stick and some cheese nips and cream cheese (lite)
Late dinner: After church tonight (10:30) Dbl cheeseburger 1/2 of 1 side of the bun
Later: (midnight) Cheesenips and cream cheese and cheesestick
OK THe cheese nips and cream cheese and the crackers need to stay out of my house! I guess I can't handle them! AAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!!
And really when I ate late I was really thirsty! Will I ever get this thing figured out? Ya'll pray for me!
