Update
I only lost a pound this week. But since I thought I was going to gain I guess I'm pretty happy. Looking at my weight ticker, I see that I now have less than 40 pounds left before I reach my goal. Woo hoo! I've been having a lot of intestinal problems lately, but then again I haven't been real thoughtful lately about what I put in my mouth. I need to guard against returning to my bad habits! We leave for Scotland in about a month and I'm not sure I'll have clothes to bring with me. For the most part my fall clothes have been packed away all summer. They are size 22-24 and I am now a size 14-16. I may have to buy new clothes.
How is everyone else?

Hi Sheryl. Scotland sounds like fun. What a neat trip to take. You should go buy some clothes, the are putting all the fall stuff out now. You are so close to goal. That's awesome. It can be hard at this stage to stay diligent about what we are eating. I find that I am craving more things and just not as interested in just "meat". I am working on better meal planning so that I get tasty meals and won't want the other stuff.
