### 08/22 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Afternoon all... having an ok day, started off really well but then when I got to work there was an e-mail from my Mum saying my Great Grandma died. She was 95. We werent close, I barely knew her... I met her when I was about 15 in her elderly home... but thats about it... so Im fine. I am sad for my Mum & Grandma though. It's better for her, she gave up living about 17 years ago when her husband died, and she was just existing... now she is back with her husband and Im sure in a much happier place.
Support group tonight!!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!! My favorite day..... EJ and I are running the next meeting (Sept 12th) so we need to get working on what we are doing....
I found the most evil things last night... actually not evil, because if your craving something sweet they really aren't such a bad choice... there is a brand called "Heavenly Desserts" they make things for diabetics. Anyway they sell Vanilla & Chocolate Sugar Free, Fat Free Meringue Cookies... they arent really cookies, just small meringue's.... 10 of them are only 40 calories. We tried the chocolate, and 10 was way more than enough... they were delicious, and 40 calories to satisfy a sweet craving doesn't seem so bad to me! Compared to other sugar free products, they were really great. I won't keep them in the house, but for the odd need (Like right now with AF is visiting haha) they are great.

Breakfast: 1/2 Cup of Kashi Cinna-Rasin Crunch Cereal & about 1/4 Cup of Fat Free Milk.
Snack: 1oz Pepper Jack Cheese Stick & Approx 15 Green Grapes
Lunch: Taco Salad... mmmm it was so good! About 1/4 C Lettuce, Black Beans, 1.5oz Shredded Beef, Cheese, Fat Free Sour Cream & Salsa.
Snack: Lite Yogurt
Dinner: We are going out after support group as always--- a girl is moving to Chicago and this is her last meeting, so she picked dinner at Famous Daves BBQ.... Yummy! Hubby wants ribs, Im thinking their roasted chicken looks good... I'll probably have a little corn on the cobb, and maybe even a bite of cornbread. Im only at 593 calories so far for the day.... so I have some room when it comes to dinner.
Water: Doing HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! But from now, to the end of support group Im sure I can get up to 60oz.

snack- 1.5 oz tuna salad with 1/3 cup baked apples
dinner-?????may tuna salad again
have you ever had those days when you do not feel like eating? I am having one of those weeks. Nothing sounds or looks good to me as far as food is concerned.
water-so far 40 oz. of plain water I will get the rest in before the night is over.
exercise--went swimming this after noon for an hour. I think I will go walking later this evening.

We do have a support group here, I have not been... to chicken to go by myself I suppose I'll go one day soon
B- Half a Healthnut english muffin w/ peanutbutter and sf jelly (It was so yummy)

D- daughter wants Hotdogs , I might have the leftove chili I made the other day

Went to curves this morning and just walked 1 mile on the treadmill
have a good day everyone... Oh I got weighed at curves today and I lost 10 pounds and 10 inches so I now down 117 lbs and I have lost well over 5 feet in inches

Breakfast: 1/4 c. LF cottage cheese with 1/2 small tomato with some salt/pepper
Mid morning: AchievOne coffee drink 20 gm protein
Lunch: Had a salad at the store cafe, used 1/2 pack of regular cesear salad dressing. Probably salad was a good cup and half. I was hungry at lunch today!! I chewed chewed chewed.
Mid afternoon: about a serving of nuts (this actually started a bit in the morning, nibbled a few, finished them afternoon)
Dinner: 3oz ground beef cooked with onions, and a salad made with nappa cabbage, 1/2 of small tomato, some onion, broccli pieces and 1/4 of an avacado. Dressing was a regular balsamic vinegarette.
Eve: Will do protein shake. 30 gms
BAD on water here too. Only did about 1.5 bottles. Going to get one now and have to finish that before Im allowed to have my protein drink!
Boy did I eat today!
But it seems like everything is right in line with where I am supposed to be.
Breakfast: 1 package regular instant oatmeal and one banana
Snack: 1 nectarine
Lunch: 4 ounces of turkey, 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light French Onion cheese and six crackers
Snack: 1/2 ounce of almonds
Dinner: 4 ounces of shrimp, 1/2 cup of steamed summer squash and zucchini
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
All my vitamins are in and 54 ounces of water.
Totals: Calories - 977
Fat - 27 grams
Carbs - 115
Protein - 74 grams
This is two days in a row that I feel as if I've eaten a lot of food. However, I dropped three pounds overnight. I'm now under 250 pounds!
