Good Magazine Maybe?
I saw this posted on another forum. The magazine looks interesting and something we might all be interested in. As a "treat" for losing all this weight, maybe we should reward ourselves by subscribing to this magazine! I just did - it is $24.95 for a year. By going to the web site - you can't read the articles, but you can see what type they have.
In another post there was much conversation about our eating habits at this point in our journey and maybe some things in this magazine would help a bit. Of course we are on a journey and it will definitely be lasting the rest of our lives......Barbara
WLS Lifestyles magazine has an article, "You Don't Have to Buy a Ticket on the Regain Train." Here's the link to the magazine, but unfortunately you can't link to the article.

This magazine was shared with everyone at our last support group meeting. I found comfort int he story, "Navigating the Insurance Game," as my company, BCBS federal employee program is denying that gastric bypass surgery should be performed as an inpatient procedure. In other words - they have paid my surgeons, my anesthesiologist, the radiologist, psychologist, and nutritionist, as well as all laboratory procedures, but are refusing to pay the inpatient hospitalization costs, even though they precertified my hospital stay! Sounds ludricrous, and I'm sure it will all work out in the end, but meanwhile I'm forced to go through an aggravating appeals process. Still - worth every penny I may have to pay. Loving my life!
