### 08/16 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Sorry... I didnt post yesterday--- couldn't get onto the forums.... they were down all afternoon for me... figured I wouldn't be too missed anyway :P
I felt kind of sick yesterday, I ate lunch, I think I ate too much and had sharp sore pains all afternoon... I felt horrible!
Im super excited because Im in charge of decorating the cake for my sister in laws baby shower on Sept 2nd! Im a little in over my head... Ive always been interested in cake decorating, and wanted to do it--- now's my chance... I found an awesome and helpful forum... and I have a picture in my head of what I want-- I'll post a picture when we are done!

Breakfast: 1/2 an egg scrambled w/ sausage, mushroom, serrano peppers & cheese
Snack: 1oz pepper jack cheese stick & 5 apple slices
Lunch: Salad (Lettuce, 3oz chicken, snap peas, cucumber, red & green bell pepper, mushrooms & dressing)
Snack: EVIL crunchy coated peanuts! (290 calories OMG AHHHHHHHHH)
Dinner: Those peanuts were high in calories, so I think I may stick to my cottage cheese & pineapple tonight--- I have to go grocery shopping after work.
Water--- working my way to 48oz, not doing so good after yesterdays sickness...
Totaly missed your post this morning when I went to look for it. If I didn't see it this after noon, I was gonna send up the alarm! lol...
B: 1/2 breakfast taco w/egg/bacon/cheese & salsa
S: Nothing today
L: 1 c. ravioli
S: 1 chocolate truffle (evil evil, but good good)
D: Protein shake (I haven't gotten it in today)
Water I am almost finished with my 3rd 24oz bottle so will be 72oz today. That is great for me. Forgot my vitamin, will have to take when I get home.
Breakfast: 1/4 c LF cottage cheese
Mid morn: 30 gm protein shake and some cashews (not sure how many, I kind of picked at nuts all day) BAD BAD NUTS!!! I hate working, it makes me want to snack. it's interferring with my exercise and everything!! UGH!! this temp job that was to be 2-4 weeks is in week 5 and she tells me today its going to be at least another 2 weeks. I'll be a balloon by then!!!!
Anyways.. onto lunch
Lunch: Got a small salad at the grocery store. .Lettuce 1/4c maybe, one piece mini corn, a beet, turkey, sprinkle of cheese, some black and green olives and sunflower seeds. Used packet of regular cesear dressing.
Dinner: Salad, 1/4 c lettuce, can of tuna, some tomato, onion and cucumber with balsamic dressing.
Eve: will have a shake 30 gm protein
Have done 2-1/2 bottles of water. All vitamins except for night calcium chew which I have with my shake.
Breakfast- 1/4 cup egg beaters scrambled with 2 slices of turkey bacon
Snack-protein drink
Lunch- 1.75 oz fish with 1/3 cup of green beans
Snack-6 oz of cafe latee decaf/skim) with protein (made it into a cold drink)
Dinner- 1.5 oz hamburger 1/2 piece of bread plus 1/3 cup of salad
Water---40 oz. I will drink another 16 before I go to bed maybe)
I only have to take my second calcium tablet -took all the other vitiamns
