### 08/14 What Did Ya Eat Today?
How was everyone's weekend???
We got up early Saturday morning to go walking in the desert--- we took 2 of our dogs, and about 5 minutes into walking down the dirt road, Hubby stopped--- told me to turn around and we needed to go back... of course I turned, freaked a little because of the seriousness in EJ's voice, and that was of course felt by the little girl I was walking... anyway the reason for the abrupt end to our walk... some relatively fresh large cat prints in the mud--- mountain lion... the road we walk heads to an old, and we think abandoned quarry--- a perfect place for a mountain lion to bed down for the day--- and because we had the dogs with us we figured we better not keep going. So we walked back, and headed the oposite direction for a while, and let the dogs play--- but I didnt get the walk I had hoped for.
Hubby completely amazes me... after we went walking we came home, had breakfast... and he then went off into the backyard and did over an hours hard yard work in the heat--- this from the man who could barely walk 5 minutes just a short 11 months ago... then even after all the hard sweaty yard work, he STILL had energy for a little "adult" fun (twice) hahaha, and he wanted to go out and do more later that evening!!! I cant believe the difference in him.
Ohhh I went to walmart and got a new pair of jeans. 18 REGULAR!!!!! Not 18W... I was so happy, they fit me much better than the plus size jeans... I find those too roomy in the legs and butt for me... I also tried on some 16's that were given to me.. Im verrrryyy close....
So all in all it was a quiet weekend, but it was nice!

Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled w/ some italian sausage, green pepper, mushrooms, onion & cheese
Snack: 1 oz pepper jack cheese stick & 15 grapes
Lunch: Yummy wrap--- 1 small whole wheat La Tortilla Factory wrap, deli turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, cucumber, red onion, spinach & a little honey mustard dressing.
Snack: 7oz Lite Yogurt
Dinner: Unknown....
I broke through some stalling this weekend, and am down -110lbs.... I have a 5 month follow up with my surgeon tomorrow morning... though my 5 months isnt until Sunday.
So happy to hear you are doing so well. My 5 months is this Thursday and I am afraid that for the first time so far I am not going to make my mini goal I have set for my self. I seem to be not so much on a stall as a verrrrry huge slow down in weight loss. I teeter between 168-171 and have been for the last few days. I don't officially weigh in unilt thursday so I am not counting a gain yet, but we will see how the week turns out.
B: 1/4 c. egg casserole made with sausage, egg, cheese, bread cubes, onions, and mushrooms.
S: Protein Shake
L: 1 c. ravioli w/1oz cheese
S: Yogurt smoothie
D: Hash, made with Brisket, onions, red & green peppers, & potatos
oh man bad day went back to school today
breakfast a blue berry muffin
protein coffee 2+ cups
lunch ham, cheese, lettuce and a slice of tomatoe
dinner...promised the kids Mikey D's since today was the 1st day back to school...so will probably do the chicken salad...eat the chicken
only 32 oz of water so far but barely 5 pm

I had my 5 month appointment last Tuesday. Down 114 pounds. Told I was doing pretty good (was told to try to get more protein/calories in with foods and not protein drinks). Good luck at your appointment.

Lunch-1.5 oz. pot roast with 1/3 cup green beans
Snack-bananna ith slice of cheese
Dinner-protein shake
not in the mood today to eat :>)
Got to do better on the water--only about 20 oz. but I did get in about 30 oz of other s/f caf free beverages.
No exercise today was not in the mood for that either. I will go swim tomorrow after bible study.
