New Lunch Idea
They are really good!! The southwest one works the best for me because of the salsa works as a "LUBE" (that is what I call Mayo, ketchup, mustard, salad dressing-anything wet to help the food go down better). I also make two meals out of it.
South Beach Diet also have High Protein Cereal Bars. My fav is Cinnamon Raisin. Ladies, I have a hard time eating any sugar or any carb and these make my heart beat a bit faster so I split them into two snacks.
