### 08/11 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Oh my gosh I am NOT functioning today! I didnt get to bed until midnight last night--- was at that support group till like 10.30pm, then a 45 minute drive home, and then I had to throw some stuff in the crock pot for lunch today.... so bed at midnight, awake at 5am for work... Im one of those people that just does not function well on any less than 8 hours of sleep! At least Im not in a super bad mood, Im just sitting here yawning a ton hehe.
No plans really for the weekend, we have decided to stay at home and get some yard work done--- we will wake up around 5am and go to our walking spot in the desert and walk tomorrow morning, then come back and work on the yard and cleaning the house--- no trips into town, no wasting gas this weekend...
Anyone have something fun planned?

Breakfast: 1/2 C Cottage cheese w/ fresh diced pineapple
Snack: 3 small slices of bacon, 1oz pepper jack cheese stick & a few potato soy crisps
Lunch: Baked beans-- approx 3 oz (A mixture made up of hamburger, onions, baked beans & seasonings-- cooked in the crockpot and served w/ a little cheese on top)
Snack: 4oz Lite Yogurt
Dinner: Tina totally put me in the mood yesterday for chicken parmesan... so we are stopping on the way home from work and getting some to go from a local italian restraunt for Hubby & I to share.
Water--- I'll have 64oz done before days end
No big plans here. I've got a horrible urinary tract infection so I'll probably spend part of it recuperating. I have a busy week next week and can't be sick!
Breakfast: 1 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, 4 strawberries and 3 reduced fat townhouse crackers
Lunch: 3 oz. curried chicken salad
Snack: 1/2 Snickers Low Carb Marathon fudge brownie bar
Dinner: 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 packet Splenda and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
Snack: Carb Control smoothie
I got in all my water, but didn't exercise because I feel horrible!
