### 07/28 What Did Ya Eat Today?

Hubby made dinner for me last night, he cooked some chicken, onion, garlic and mixed veggies, kind of stir fried and then we added some thai sweet chilli sauce. It was actually really yummy. I ate about 3oz of it. I don't know what is wrong, but I don't feel so good today. At breakfast I took a few bites of my egg and felt full straight away, my tummy hurt a little. I tried to have my morning snack and same thing.... Im thinking maybe I need to do a week of Prilosec, maybe I just have an inflamed pouch or something, some acid reducer may help. Breakfast: 3/4 egg with diced onion, bell pepper, garlic & cheese --- I forced myself to eat about 3/4 of it. Snack: 1 baby carrot & about 1/2 oz of Rottiserie chicken--- just couldn't eat it, I felt yucky. Lunch: 7oz lite yogurt & 4 wheat thins --- That went down ok Snack: I have 2oz of chicken & baby carrots again--- will eat in about 90 minutes or so and see if I can eat any of it. Dinner: The way Im feeling right now NOTHING! We shall see if I feel any better. Water: Only about 30oz so far--- I don't feel like drinking either--- I have a 32oz bottle in the fridge but right now I really dont want it-- I will try to get it finished by the end of the day so I can get in 62oz. BADDDD day! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Snack: Imitation Crab meat w/ a little ****tail sauce Lunch: Don't know yet Snack: Popscicle Dinner: Don't know yet Water: Good, still working on it Vits: Good Excercise: 1.5 miles this morning, going again tonight

Breakfast: 1 tbs peanut butter on 1 saltine cracker Mid morning: 30 grm protein shake; 5 cashews; some sun crisp cheddar chips Lunch: 1/2 c. cesear salad; bite of Dave's turkey sandwich; 3 tbs bites of clam chowder. Mid afternoon: finished the sun crisps I had with me Dinner: 2 cheese raviolis w/ meat sauce; 1 inch piece of a bread stick; little bit of salad. (We went to Olive Garden for dinner after work). Eve: Will have a 30 gm protein shake. Right now eating a few of those damn cursed nuts! Yes, I'm putting them away right now before I do damage! Water only 2 bottles. did bad there, its hard at work to drink water. I keep forgetting.
