### 07/27 What Did Ya Eat Today?
Well Happy Thursday everyone!!! Its almost Friday WOO HOO!!! We are dirt poor, don't get paid till Monday grrr, so the weekend will be spent mostly at home... nothing fun (Gotta get some blood work done for my follow up apponitment w/ the surgeon on Aug 15th). My sister in law and her husband are coming down from Flagstaff AZ to stay the weekend... she had Lap RNY in February of last year, and is now 7 months pregnant with her first child.... so we will probably hang out with them..... 4 people, only 1 normal stomach LOL
Breakfast: 3/4 egg with diced chicken, onion, serrano peppers & cheese.
(I though I'd be sick of eggs, but this is about our 4th week of eggs every morning for breakfast, and Im still good)
Snack: 2oz Rottiserie chicken & 5 baby carrots.
Lunch: 7oz Lite Yogurt
Snack: 2oz Rottiserie chicken & 5 baby carrots.
Dinner: To be determined. Probably more chicken hahaha... I don't feel much like cooking and we are having visitors over tonight. I'll figure something out. I got some hamburger really cheap, so might make some meatsauce, and have a teeny bit of pasta with it *shrugs*
Water: Ive done 24oz so far, and am working on a 32oz bottle which will be finished before I leave work.

Breakfast: Nectar Protein Shake
Snack: None too busy
Lunch: 1/3 of a Pollo Bowl w/o the pollo. I have a hard time with chicken.
Snack: Popscicle
Dinner: TBD
Vitamins: Done
Water: Good so far, still working on it
Excercise: 1 1/2 Miles this morning, plus I washed my car and mowed the back yard. And I will walk another 1 1/2 miles tonight. I took 3 vacation days so I am just spending it at home doing stuff I wish I had time to do every day.

Doing much better today then yesterday
B: 1 egg with 1 oz turkey sausage and a lil dab of fat free sour cream
Went to curves for 30 minutes
32 oz of water
L: 2 Slices of Deli Ham 5 Whole wheat wheat thins and a baby bell light
Walked 1/2 mile on treadmill
Protien drink-50 grams protein
And we need to go out tonight- on the hunt for shoes for my daughters dance recital.. been to 6 stores already , Will go out to dinner and get a salad or something like that. and the rest of my water.

Much better day today than yesterday. I actaully ended up skiping dinner yesterday cuz I was still so misserable from Lunch...
B: Protein shake w/half banana
S: 3 cheddar lil Smokies
L: 2 slices Deli ham, 1 oz cheese, 1 pack of the 100 calorie pringles
S: Nothing...Ugh still full
D: 3 cheddar lil Smokies and 1/4 cup bacon, eggs & cheese scrambled together
739 Calories, 64g protein
Water - Not so good, haven't even finished a 20oz bottle yet and it 5pm already...
Breakfast: 1 package instant regular oatmeal and 1 sliced banana
Lunch: Leftovers from dinner out last night at Olive Garden - 4 ounces of grilled steak and chicken with grilled veggies
Dinner: Stir fry with chicken, snowpease, broccoli, pineapple and cashews in light soy sauce
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
Water: 53 ounces and still drinking
Vitamins: All down the hatch!

B: Low Carb Carnation breakfast drink with 100% whey protein scoop and Skim milk
L: 1/2 Wendy's chili about 4 bites of Jr. cheese burger
D: out with the church ladies order chicken Marsala and Minestone soup (Haven't been released for salads yet *sigh*)
My chicken Marsala was better but the fun with the ladies was good.
