Danni- How's the excersize coming along?
water arobics is fun - it is only 3 nights a week.
doing yoga, pilaites, yoga ball dvds in rotation and then either walking or going to curves after that in the mornings
knees are better
and even better is the fact that my pedal extenders came today so I can try bike riding agian this weekend -well depending on what my xrays look like tomorrow part of the knee issue was biking b/c I have wide hips (shock and disbelive I know how at 277 pounds could I possibly have wide hips LOL ) so my kness were at an odd angle to pedal - now my pedals will be wider
thanks for thinking of me I am sitting here eating edam cheese with pesto on it b/c I made a huge batch of five cup cookies today and did not eat a single one - not even a crumb but boy did they LOOK and SMELL gooooooood like to die for good
