### 07/21 What Did Ya Eat Today?
YAY just a few hours from work ending!!!!!!!!!! Then its the WEEKEND!!!!!!!! It's been a slowwwww day.... Not the best day, I forgot about food so missed my morning snack.... and I just don't much feel like drinking today, so Im struggling to get the liquids in. Its just one of those days ya know? I really don't want to go home and cook anything tonight--- but eating out doesnt make a whole lot of sense anymore--- we normally reserve eating out for Support group & Saturdays.... I have grocery shopping to do tonight, Im sure Hubby can cook for me, or I'll have some more of my Tortelloni salad thats in the fridge...
Breakfast: 3/4 of an egg scrambled w/ 1oz of shredded pork, serrano peppers, onion, bell pepper & a sprinkling of cheddar cheese.
Snack: None
Lunch: Tortellini salad (6 peices of chicken proscutto tortellini, 1 oz of chicken breast, a few peanuts, onion & lite asaian dressing)
Snack: 6oz Lite Yogurt
Dinner: Undecided.
Vitamins--- Ive done 1 multi and my B-12, will do another multi this afternoon....
Water: Ive done about 40oz, will try get another 24oz in before I leave work.
Hi Everyone...
It's been so freaking HOT (triple digits every day) here all week I'm just not in the mood to eat.
Breakfast: chocolate protein shake
Morning snack: 2 whole wheat crackers with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
Lunch: 1 1/2 oz ham spread on 3 saltine crackers
Afternoon snack: 1oz beef jerky
Dinner: don't know yet....maybe just an icy protein drink
I do have all my vitamins/calcium/biotin in, although water is a little sucky today....only at about 40oz so far.
Enjoy your weekend......I'm off to Disneyland next Wednesday. YAY!!!

Breakfast: 1/2 c LF cottage cheese
Mid morn: 20 gm protein (AchievOne coffee drink)
Lunch: 3 oz chili
Mid afternoon: About 6 Ranier cherries
Dinner: Went out to dinner for Indian food, I had lamb curry. YUM!!! I have never had Indian food prior to surgery. We went out with some friends for it last month and now I crave it! LOL I had about a 1/4 cup of the curry/lamb and about 2 tbs of rice, 1/2 piece of the garlic naan. I have leftovers for about 3 or 4 meals!! YUM again! Last month when we got it I had it for about that many meals. Good deal for $10.99
Eve: Protein shake 30+ grams.
Think I'm going to have a SF popsicle tonight. Yea, that sounds good and refreshing. It's been HOT here too. It's been between 90 to 96 this week. That is unusual for us. Got a little rain today and expecting some tomorrow early, going to cool things down to high 70's. Whew!
Water, only got about 2 and a half 16.9 oz bottles in. Just get distracted and busy at work that I dont get enough in. But I think having the water in my shakes is good, I wont dehydrate at least, but know that I do need more clear water!
I haven't had enough today, but I did have an EGD yesterday and I think my pouch is irritated from that.

B - 2 scrambled eggs w/1c fresh spinach steamed with them.
S - 1 1/2 c watermelon
L - reuben sandwich; large tomato
S - pork rinds and hummous; 3 oz pepperjack cheese
D - 2 hotdogs w/mustard,onion & relish (most of both buns); SBD chocolate & peanut butter protein bar
S - nsa blue bunny peanutbutter cup ice cream bar
