### 07/19 What Did Ya Eat Today?
B-1/4-1/2 cup cottage cheese with diced peaches
L-1/2 cup cabbage soup, few bites of a chicken salad pita
D-1/2 Sweet potato, few bites of chicken pita
S-1 nsa fudgesicle and I'm thinking about a few wheat thins and a LC cheese wedge right now!
water, as usual not enough
vitamins: almost in, going to finish up before bed

B: Protein Shake
S: 1/2 package oatmeal
L: Campbells heat & serve Creamy Tomato Soup it is low in calories, but didn't notice till the end and I started getting sweaty, but is has 24grams of sugar... I never even thought to look for sugar in Tomato soup... Lesson learned no more for me...
S: 1oz cheese wedge
D: about 1/4 cup left over Chipolte Bowel with Steak, lettuce, Pinto Beans, Tomatos, Sour cream & cheese
Water - So proud of myself actually got in 80 oz!
